Interaction and Personal Growth

Through training programs, social events and support to collaborators initiatives, Objetiva aims to create a cooperative and personal growth ambience among members of its team. All events developed up to date have surpassed expectations of success. The most recent events were:

At the club with friends: An entertainment and interaction event held in December 2003, with attendance by all members of Objetiva’s team. The event had a football game with players in uniforms, a referee from the Official Federation of Football, prizes in the thought competition, swimming pool and lots of fun all day long.

4 th Emotional Intelligence Training and Experience Meeting: The topic of this meeting in July 2005, "The path of the winners" and "Developing self-esteem", was held in a relaxed and very joyful atmosphere and the main purpose was to provide participants with the development of self-knowledge, personal growth practices and professional performance enhancement. During the whole day, lectures and experiences were held exclusively to the team of Objetiva Consultoria.

Community Support: Objetiva is present in several organizations of humane support through donations. At the same time it develops a project to adopt a philanthropic institution aiming at economical and social support through the direct action of team members of Objetiva.
